Refund Timeline Rules

We encourage applicants to carefully evaluate their career goals and program suitability before confirming admission. The following policy is designed to ensure fairness:

Within 1–7 days from registration	75% of fees paid
Within 8–14 days from registration	50% of fees paid
Within 15–21 days from registration	25% of fees paid
After 21 days from registration	No refund (0%)

Note: No refund is applicable for partial payment of registration fees.

Crucial Terms & Auto-Cancellation

After the Course Begins:

No cancellation or refund is granted once the course has started. However, you have the option to postpone your admission to the immediate next batch without losing your fees. This option is valid for up to 1 year.After that, a fresh admission is required.

Automatic Cancellation occurs if:

You are absent without notice for 15 or more continuous days
You fail to pay fees on time as per the schedule in your offer letter
Your attendance falls below 90%
Any misconduct declared objectionable by Infini's management

* To initiate a cancellation, submit a written application to the Admission Head with supporting documents.

Disciplinary Measures

Acts involving misconduct, harassment, dishonesty, indiscipline, miscommunication, arguing with staff or faculty, antisocial behavior, hiding facts, or behavior detrimental to the learning environment may lead to disciplinary action, suspension, or cancellation of admission as per institutional policy.

Infini does not have its own hostel. However, we assist learners by sharing contacts of nearby PGs and hostel accommodations located close to the institute.

Most learners can expect to spend approximately ₹6,000 to ₹10,000 per month on accommodation and food combined in Pune.
