On-site training:
Our students receive a comprehensive orientation before being sent for on-site training. This is a well-planned 3 month internship designed to immerse students in the site and company culture while developing practical skills. The program is made more beneficial through dedicated mentoring by industry experts, weekly check-ins, and monthly performance reviews. The internship includes a rotational schedule covering key areas such as: Execution, Estimation, Quality Control, Material testing, RMC, Purchase.
The respective company contributes significantly by including interns in internal
trainings, toolbox talks, audits, meeting attendance, labour handling,
reporting, drawing reading, and measurement tasks. Students gain exposure
primarily through real estate and industrial projects.
Sites are identified and allotted by the Infini institute.
Stipend: Based on HR policy stipend is given to students.
PPE kit: Is provided by infini.
Personal safety: Group accidental insurance is provided to all.
Placement :
We at Infini are dedicated to offering career-of-choice guidance. Our process involves thoroughly counselling students to identify their core abilities, preferences, and career interests, which we then align with suitable job descriptions. To ensure job readiness, interview preparation is conducted through comprehensive mock interviews and practical walk-throughs. Job profiles : Based on previous experience & qualification, development in the course profiles of Estimation, Execution, Site checking / Quality testing, Purchase, Lab testing, BOQ, BBS / RCC Engineer are available.
