- Day 1 / 2 hr - Introduction to Project Management; Project Constraints; Schedule Model; Critical Path Method
- Day 2 / 2 hr - Introduction to MS Project & User Interface; Create New Project; Define Project Scope & WBS; Create Project Calendar; Identifying and sequencing activities
- Day 3 / 2 hr - Resource - Types, estimation, assignment in MSP; Estimate activity duration
- Day 4 / 2 hr - Network Compression; Resource Optimization Technique; Fast tracking
- Day 5 / 2 hr - Project Crashing; Develop a Project Schedule
- Day 6 / 3 hr - Use of MSP features - Highlight, filter and Grouping, One week/ one month look ahead, create new filters, Grouping of activities according department/Contractors, Create new groups
- Day 7 / 2 hr - Review, Mid term test, Feedback 2
- Day 8 / 2 hr - Use of MSP features - Bar Styles; Setting for (i) normal & critical activities; (ii) WBS activities, (iii) milestone activities
- Day 9 / 2 hr - Customize column-texts, flags, Indicators; duration, dates, costs
- Day 10 / 2 hr - Project Monitoring and Controlling; Setting baseline; Monitoring tasks & resources
- Day 11 / 2 hr - Activity Types : Fixed unit, Fixed duration, Fixed work & Activity Constraints
- Day 12 / 2 hr - Report generation for - Cash Flow; Progress; Resource histogram; Resource Graphs & Usages
- Day 13 - Certification
- Note - Test in MCQ format is taken - 1st after completion of 12 hrs course and 2nd at the end.
