- Day 2 / 2 hr - Types of Billing required to be Prepared at Project Sites for Various Purposes as per Billing Cycles
- Day 3 / 2 hr - Drawing Study and Preparation of Measurements as per items executed at Site in Standard Measurement Book Format
- Day 4 / 2 hr - Study of BOQ Items , Preparation of Abstract Sheet as per various items executed as per Work Order Rate , Contractual Recoveries , Bill Cover Note
- Day 5 / 2 hr - Bill Certification Process , Debit Notes , Reconciliation of Material , Recovery of Advances
- Day 6 / 3 hr - Deviated / Extra Items , Market Rates , Analysis of Rates , Claims.
- Day 7 / 2 hr - Bill Payments , Final Bills , Project Closeout Process and Documentation Requirements
- Day 8 / 2 hr - Introduction to Costing in Project , Preparation of Zero Budget and it's approval process
- Day 9 / 2 hr - Value Engineering as per the data received , options available or project requirements
- Day 10 / 2 hr - Change Management - Quantity Variation , Reconciliation , Claims , Rate Variations
- Day 11 / 2 hr - Tracking , Monitoring and Reporting - Purchase / Contracts Requisition , Advance Warning , Cashflow as per Cost to Complete
- Day 12 / 2 hr - Closure Report - Budget Vs. Actual , Profit and Loss Statement , Project Learnings.
- Day 13 - Certification
- Note - Test in MCQ format is taken - 1st after completion of 12 hrs course and 2nd at the end.
