Program Structure
The course is divided into two modules and is offered in a flexible mode. Students have the option to complete the on-site training either before or after the classroom training. One-week comprehensive orientation is conducted prior to the program's start to integrate all candidates into the learning system.

On-site Training
Course offers comprehensive internship focused on each participant’s project of choice and profile of interest. The Institute identifies the best company aligned with the participant's career vision. The program's core benefits are designed to develop analytical and management skills, provide necessary practical applications, and build the confidence required to handle managerial responsibilities. Each participant is guided and monitored by a field mentor. International internship opportunities may be available to selected students which can be promised, in which case the costs for visa, stay, food, and airfare must be borne by the participant. Stipend of up to ₹10,000 per month is generally provided by the companies. However, this cannot be guaranteed as stipends are driven by HR policies and may vary.

Placement
We offer both campus and off-campus placements, targeting a 100% placement. Most students are successfully placed in their preferred job profiles and projects of interest. We are tied up with over 100 companies, including contracting firms, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and Multinational Corporations (MNCs). Students are placed on diverse projects such as residential and commercial buildings, mega townships, industrial sites, and infrastructure projects like metros and highways. Salary Packages range from 8 to 12 LPA* based on previous experience, level of development / expertise and choice of profile & sector. Foreign placements may also be possible but can’t be guranteed. Certification :Participants upon successful completion of course get certificate of Infini and SIILC within min 2 months after completion of the course during convocation ceremony.
Passing: Your attendance shall be min. 80%. Performance if judged non satisfactory / poor then repeating the assessment as suggested by internal quality auditor is mandatory.

We provide comprehensive support for securing suitable, reasonably priced accommodation near the institute. We provide contacts of hostels and PG apartment owners, all located within a 2-3 km radius of the campus.
