 Two years of job after BE Civil from VPCOE, Baramati in year 2013-15 couldn’t bring satisfaction to Pradeep. He knew that he was not enjoying it. In search of bridging skills gap and build good career in civil engineering, he joined Infini. There was a drastic change in him. His thought process was changed which slowly turnaround his personality. A common boy in school days who couldn’t do anything differently witnessed 360 degree change! Polishing of his character happened because of development of skills, higher knowledge, creative thinking and lot more.

He was amongst 3 who got placed in Aspire Galfar Oman as a Planning Engineer. Journey was not easy thought the package was handsome. His performance was appreciated just within 2 months of his joining and then he was reporting directly to GM. He spent couple of years there and got good exposure. His inner passion to start his own company brought him back to India. Within 8 months his turnover reached to 60 Lakh. Pradeep admits, Yes, “What I thought, I became..” Thanks infini.
